Our most heartfelt appreciation for your life!
Hey all,
BKuba and I just returned from the funeral. I don't think I could make it through the promotion ceremony. My neck was really bothering me from the accident and I didn't want to take the percosets while there.
Ceremony was a nice send off but would rather have David back as I'm sure we all would. Bruce (me riding shotgun) carried David to the cemetary. Enroute we had several people that wondered what was going on and as soon as they realized popped a salute. I think we gave David a nice final ride.
I want to thank Dudley for helping organize our part, especially after I got sidelined.
Also want to thank everyone that turned out. I'm sure David and his family appreciate it.
Gonna sign off for now.
CARNAC
I know the humility with which Carnac would respond to this, but nontheless, I must try to express, with words that seem insufficient, just how much it meant for all that he was doing to help this plan come together. Ultimately God knows and was responsible for putting the mission into Carnac's heart.
We feeble and frail humans can not fathom our Heavenly Father's plan, most of the time, but we trust! There was some reason that the intended lead vehicle was not to be used, some even less understandable concept of how God will work together for good, the accident. His ways are higher than our ways and beyond our human reason. I guess that is why He is God!
Infants know no better than to trust that their mamas and papas will care for them. Can we do anything but trust that Daddy God loves us a 1,000,000,000 times more than any human parent ever could? I love when I can look back to a situation and God sheds light on the fruit that was reaped from the seeds of the trial that were sown.
God bless you Carnac! We will meet again in the not so distant future.
Love in Christ, Mama
