Recapping facility id

Can anyone name the recapping company that uses REOR as an identifier?

I have posted the question on a tire forum, but had no luck, so far.

Several of the tires on my xm757 have this marking and any help would be appreciated.

I have a few of those recaps. Most are worn and ozone cracked.
I am not sure, but i think REOR is the stamp used by the 7841st tire rebuild depot Ober-Ramstadt. The depot closed in the mid '90s.

Thank you, that makes sense, since over 90% of these trucks were serving in the Pershing 1A battalions in Germany.
No wonder I couldn't find any info in the US.
