Neil Hendrix and myself started the day at 0600hrs this morning. After loading my truck we took off for Ft. Jackson SC. A big thanks to Adam for towing it off base on Thurs. When we got to Adams place I was thrilled to find the truck in greater shape than I had expected. We swapped around a few tires checked fluids aired up tires and aint I glad I rainex'd the windows. Then we were off on what turned out to be another 4 hour trip to home again. We stopped for a fabolous Waffle House lunc-LOL- and fuel and we were off. Stopped about 35 miles down the road to give the once over and everything great> Went a couple more hours and stopped again and (*&%^%$%^$&^ all 6 drums are pouring axle grease. After topping them off and being very careful about the brakes we went the last leg of the trip to the farm with no problems. The truck ran very strong and shifted great. All good except for my back-If anyone has a spare springer seat laying around let me know. A little work to do to it but another nice recovery. A big thanks to Neil for going with me on another adventure.
