replacement door handle trips

Has anyone used these upgrade kits and if so, how have they performed. Also, could you please comment on ease of installation. Thanks

I almost purchased the upgraded handles but before I did I figured that there was no harm in trying to repair the old handles. Much to my surprise it was quite easy. I removed the broken pieces from the door handle and fabricated new ones out of steel. Reassembled them and reinstalled in the doors and they work great. All done in under 4 hours. The best part is that it didn't cost me $300 a piece to fix or $265 plus cutting the door panels with the upgraded handles
