Very Nice ! That sidecar will give you room for all your purchases at the shows !
Steel Soldiers now has a few new forums, read more about it at: New Munitions Forums!
The sidecar dimensions are 30" long 16" high and 18" wide. My commanding General said if I can fit the next vehicle I may desire to buy into the sidecar then I have her permission.Very Nice ! That sidecar will give you room for all your purchases at the shows !
What a great idea! I can tell the general that I thought she said I could have another vehicle if the cycle sidecar fit into it...perfect.WOW , Tough Lady , LOL , How about if you can can fit the cycle INTO your next ride ! Great job , looking very nice .
If it's a camera you need:I have attached photos of markings I placed on the vehicle fender and body. Also some pictures of the sidecar box fabrication that began as a large flat piece of steel.
Just got my new camera and I hope that the Pics are as good as my earlier camera that went to shutter heaven....
If it's a camera you need:
- Might check with SCSG-G4
I think he owns ALL of them.
Real nice sheet metal work:I applied bed liner to the body storage bin and then finished off the fitting of the sidecar box, the sidecar box lid and the box to frame fitting.
Tomorrow is the hard part of fitting it to the bike frame so the toe-in and bike tilt are correct. I sure hope my previous measurements were dead on????!!!
I think you are doing a FINE REBUILD , can't wait to see it finished . You know I have a COOLER that will fit nicely in the BOX , just to have a beverage at a MV show , gets thirsty all that looking ! LOL bob k
Real nice sheet metal work:
- your tin-knocking? or hired?
Either way, Torisco, somebody knows what they're doing. Kudos. Pretty:
I worked with a local guy who owns a welding shop in town. He did 99% of the work, all the difficult bending and configured the sidecar box to my drawings and measurements. I drew up all the plans and measurements and helped here and there with the fabrication process.
The precise welding and the equipment needed to make this sidecar box demanded that I get a professional for the side car box.
