Rockwell 4.90:1 Gear Set

I was poking around the Ouverson Engineering and Machine web site and found this gear set.

I didn't find anything on SS about it. A little pricey, especially for a 6x6, but wouldn't this increase top speed dramatically, or at least lower rpms significantly at normal, safer speeds? Has anybody tried it?
