If you can catch a bearing going away early enough it may not have hurt the crank. If not...that's a bit more work.
Engine rule of thumb is 10psi oil pressure for every thousand rpm. 10 @ 1,000- 20 @ 2,000 etc. I know when my CAT gets to operating temps the oil pressure at idle will go down to around 20psi. Touch the accelerator pedal and it ramps up to 50 or 60psi quick.
