route clearance lights on Deuce

All those route clearance lights must have been expensive. I went with a 250 dollar 52 inch light bar.

Uh60 did you use the u bolts and the spots where the convoy light poles originally mounted? Can you take some pictures of that?

Yes I used the convoy light br ackets. And 3/8 by 2 inch u bolts I spred the u bolts a extra 1/4 inch to go in to the holes the holes had plugs that I pushed out with a screwdriver. The brackets are 50 inches apart center to center.

I have the u bolts in my truck. I was planning on mounting my federal signal vision light bar like that. I have 2 pcs at 5' of schedule 40 pipe. Good to see someone else doing it too and I'm not the first one with a crazy idea.
