One of our favorite shows, Jim Gilmore and the Red Ball Club do a great job, very nice location, customers and venders always great to see and catch up with. We look forward to coming up every year. I hope no one minds, but I cut and pasted Jims last email below, has some good info.
The Red Ball Military transport will be having our annual MV show
and swap meet September 23, & 24th 2022. Vendor set up day is Thursday the 22nd.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING COMPLETELY................................,
NEW THIS YEAR...... The Red Ball BoD has decided to allow limited firearms and ammunition sales at the show.
Limited means MILITARY FIREARMS and ammo for same.....leave your sporting rifles, shotguns, Glocks and such at home.
ALL FIREARMS MUST BE ZIP-TIED AT ALL TIMES , ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND ORDINANCES MUST BE FOLLOWED TO THE LETTER OF THE LAW.
NO LOOSE AMMUNITION.....IT MUST BE BOXED OR BAGGED.
NO,... REPEAT.... NO, CARRYING OF LOADED FIREARMS AT THE SHOW....WHETHER YOU HAVE A CWP OR OPEN CARRY...NO !
This is an experiment this year to see how this change goes. If you have any questions on this contact me before the show.
PLEASE NOTE.........Electric use:
....It will cost $24.00 a day if you use electricity for your vending space,
camper or campsite. We will have a two day electric pass for $45.00.
This is what the Fairgrounds charges us and anyone they see using electric
without a pass on the cords will be charged for the use.
SATURDAY VENDING ........The show is advertised as being open to the public on Friday and Saturday and vendors are expected to be set up and selling on Saturday.
There are too many vendors that have left Friday and their spaces are empty on Saturday. If you cannot be there Saturday let me know in advance ....if not.... you may find yourself placed in the end of the big field next year!
Don't forget we have a dinner for the vendors at the end of the show Saturday and after that we have a cash drawing for the vendors that are there of $100.00, $200.00 and $300.00 cash !!
Dog policy:
If you must bring your dog with you it
must be on a leash at all times or in a dog pen.
We have had problems with loose dogs before and do not want to ban dogs but we must be conscious of the dangers of dogs running loose.
ALSO.......
Venders Please note.......Vendor spaces are for selling and not
parking or camping. It is OK to park or camp in your spaces but there
MUST be items for sale in front of your vehicle or camp. Camping or
parking must be at the back of the spaces and not in the front along
the roads. I am doing this so that the Red Ball show will not turn
out like some other shows were it seems every other space is someone
parking a vehicle. We have areas for camping and parking and I plan
to keep the vendor area for selling.
Vendors that do not heed this policy and use swap meet spaces just
for parking/camping will lose these spaces in the future.
I'm not trying to be a hard azz about this....I'm just trying to keep
the Red Ball Gilbert show as the best & biggest MV show in the country.
