Looks like they cut off the ass end of a 5 ton truck, put a fifth wheel on it, and turned it into a dolly....

Ya, quite possibly an m818 so it already had the 5th on it. Interesting that the hubs are flipped differently then the tow vehicle.

The hubs dont appear to be flipped on the tow vehical. its a 10 ton, so they probably removed the outer tires so it would not be over legal width during transport.

That's a tow dolly that came with it from the house moving company.

It's a pair of 5-ton frame rails and axles with a M123 hitch (3-1/2" kingpin) bolted on top. The frame rails have been cut and welded together at a point on the front and a pintle ring has been welded in place.
