Here's my only Military trailer, it's an M105 i brought home from Kublos in P.A. It must have come from Ft Drum. Also on the trailer is a rear frame from a scrapped M35. I fit the m105 cargo box, springs and hangars onto the M35 frame. That assembly became the new rear frame, cargo box and rear suspension for a really, really beat up G506 i found in Maine. These 105 boxes make great truck bodies.

Merry Christmas,

In the spirit of Christmas, here's a few more. I don't want to change the direction of this trailer thread. There's a bunch of pictures posted on the 503 site. In The 1/2 -2 ton truck forum. The 1st picture is of the new Gas tank i'm working on.the middle 2 are before pictures. After it got out of the service the truck made a living plowing snow, that explains the mangled front frame rails. The last picture is what it currently looks like.

Thanks for the kind words.

Merry Chrismas to you Gimpyrobb, I'm turning this whole mess of parts into a functioning work truck. Not a parade float or a trailer Queen.

kelley, do you have a build thread? If not, you should make one. I am sure there are many members interested in following your progress and watching the build come together. Plus some of us have more questions that should not be bothering the trailer thread.

Good luck,
DR

Was reacently given this 40 footer!
Although its not a military trailer, I am using it for storage for most of my military parts.
Today I finished painting it green!uploadfromtaptalk1357081717205.jpguploadfromtaptalk1357081737714.jpguploadfromtaptalk1357081753639.jpg

Have a few trailers sitting around.

Two MKT's, M840 dolly set, M989, M116 Hydraulic Tool Trailer, M116 Pioneer Tool Trailer, M104 Water Buffalo, 1950's M100 trailer, etc

Then I have this M116 Pioneer Tool Trailer which I converted into an expo trailer. Replaced the axle with a much lighter (but still heavy duty) 6000lbs civilian axle, roof rack, roof top tent, custom opening gul-wing doors (due to the roof rack blocking them from opening as they were designed), extra tool box, and a modified back door that lets you open it from the outside (these style originally only let you open the rear doors from the inside). Also a kitchen setup with fresh water tank, stove, fridge (all internal naturally). Wanted to paint it green but we ran out of OD paint at the time, but we had tons of flat black so that was used. Still think it looks good. Tows awesome behind every truck I have towed it with.
