They bolt right up. only issue is you lose a little of ypur turn radius. you can adjust out stops and are good to go. I did not run beadlocks or runflats as I plan to do some highway travel. Have succesfully run truck up too 70 m.p.h. and tires balanced out smooth. I installed a 2" leveling lit only.

HMMWV wheels work ok on the 2nd Gen rams but won't fit on the 3rd Gen rams due to the brake drums, IIRC.
