ho-ho-hoh BABY!!!!! yup, we got 6 inches here on the valley floor. I admit on Saturday we didn't go play in the deuce, I actually spent the day playing in the truck then replacing my malfunctioning hubs
but yesterday I decided to see how the deuce does in 2 wheel (I pulled the rear axle) with 10 NDT tires. Not bad I must say. As long as you're not cocked (like twisted going into a driveway) it will get going on just about anything. If not, back it up a bit and go forward and she's rolling again. It's not a question of if it will make it, but when!
Then I wanted to see if it would stop OK being 14,000 pounds and all. I got going in a parking lot full of ice and slammed the brakes, but to my surprise she stopped very quickly, seemed quicker than on dry road even We drove around and every stop I came to I tried to slide it, but she's quite stable I am impressed. For two wheel it wasn't bad at all, she does better than my Chevy in 2 wheel.
I'll try to upload my clip of me coming to a sliding stop.
I did get stuck trying to do a 30 point turn backing into my driveway. It's a real narrow street and I had it blocked of for a few minutes while I rocked back and forth and finally made it out (got hung up on the dreaded curb)
