Curious, looking at putting one in my HMMWV, I did an NSN-now search for the part # and found ONE seller, with six in stock. Gave him a call this AM, got an email several hours later. He has them. $72 each plus S&H.

Ouch.

I put an inclinometer on a sailboat I had to show the wife that we weren't tipping over. It seems every time we'd heel, she'd think we were going over. The inclinometer showed just a 10 degree tilt. Until you get used to it, a small amount of tilt feels like an awful lot.
