Used “.032 2024 T3 for the round sides, .040 for the center back and .062 for
the top. In case someone stood on it. And we have went through many tree limbs
with no damage so far.

Thank you for the follow up!
What are all the stand-offs? What rivets did you use? To establish the curved corners did you wrap around and clap or were you able to pre-bend / roll the metal?
Unforeseen challenges?

Thank you again.

Sorry, just got back home from being on the road for a while. “.032 is easy to
bend, held in place with “Clecos”, straitened it up with cargo straps.
had to use cherry rivets for the blind holes at the bottom.
used “3/16 in the blind holes, and used “5/32 solids for almost everything else.
and the center console used “.025 with “1/8 rivets. With white and red reading
lights. Also holds small items (glasses keys, etc.)
strong enough to stand on. Used it to pull under some limbs to trim.

Thank you Sue. I've never used a Cleco style fastener, did not recognize them.
