Solargizer ??

Working on a 701A, keep battery's unhooked when not in use. But the battery's keep discharging. Can the solar charger draw the battery's down when not in the sun light? Gen set is in the garage.

Yes, which solargizer do you have, the older first generation type can and will do this, the later larger ones the later ones also can, but tend to be slower about it.

Yes if running a Solargizer as it's "control box" does consume some power so it needs to have sunlight without anything blocking the UV light (like a window if in a garage) to offset the slight parastitic power draw the controller uses as well as keeping the batteries topped off. (what good is a solar panel without allowing it to see the sun? )

If frequent storage in garage/shop can't you just install a SPST toggle switch inline on one of the Solargizer's leads for when its indoors? Indoors < O > Outdoors

The charger says 24V-PRU pulse charger. It in the garage just to be worked on, I do notice the control box LED will flash every so often. Thanks for all the help, will unhook charger wile working on it.
