Spring PoofStock 2012

I think we are planning to start the convoy somewhere between 1 and 2. That should give most people plenty of time to show up.

Poof and I did some extended forecast checking today. Looks like we are headed for mostly sunny, some showers, and 76 during the day and a low in the 40s. Should make for some good sleeping weather.

Poof I think you will be having a few more trucks than you have had in the past. Sounds like we will be bringing several trucks from Illinois. You may be surrounded by FIBS

Every time we do this it grows by a few trucks. Three years ago we had six trucks. Last Nov we were up to 19. Poof and I were walking the property today planning parking for everyone. If the rain holds back and the ground stays firm we will have a lot more options. If not we will be getting creative with the big trucks and have some special spots for the small trucks. So bring as many as you can we will make room.

It looks like I won't make it on Saturday until after 6pm. On a lighter note, I get to pick up my Deuce from storage on sunday! My Deuce looks really different with the dual wheels.

Boy Poof gets all the neat toys!!!!!!! getting close, anybody hear if Dr.Greg is coming???? I wonder if he is actually starting to work at the company he owns??!!?anyway still shooting for noon saturday arrival, hope to have a WC63 with tractor tires on it that I am buying and picking up on the way... maybe Poof and I can have a race like we did at TOMS when we DEUCE RACED!!!

Well I was finishing up some last minute odds and ends on my deuce for the upcoming weekend. Made a spin on filter kit to replace the secondary filters, tracked down an oil leak from the compressor, replaced the gasket, realized the gasket was old and too dry so I replaced it again, changed most of the air lines over to plastic lines, replaced the crushed fuel line from the primary filter to the IP and now I went to repair the two leaking wheel seals on the pass side rear. If I have one nut off so if anyone has a lug wrench they can bring so I can put that one nut back on or if anyone has a spare wrnech to part with, I'd appreciate it.

I got my Deuce home today and low and behold it has a fuel leak, not too bad but bad enough for me to smell it. Kenny if you need a lug wrench just give me a call.

Hey Kenny, if I would have sold you that space suit, you would have tried something stupid and , your kids and wife would have hated me and you would still be floating for eternity pass the space station!!!! someday you will realize that and thank me for doing what I did and be a happy camper again.....

Before I forget, I still have a mountain of 11x20's NDT and NDCC is anyone needs or wants any of these let me know and I will bring some. I want nothing more than to get rid of them all.

Thank you to ToddM for borrowing me the lug wrench I needed. Seal is replaced and the truck should be ready to go. But if any one has one to sell please let me know.
