I got my stickers on now. Now I'll need to make Tarman so it'll be epic this Halloween (my favorite holiday, plus due to the candy because I take the kids and that means dad applies "dad tax"😆). Sometimes you just gotta do stuff a little different to amp up that cool factor, not that the deuce isn't cool, but it definitely brings back memories for those who are old enough to remember when "Return of the living dead" released, but also for those who are just fans of the franchise.

Yep! Dad Tax. I remember that. Both giving and then later collecting it.

Just so you dont get jammed up i would consult someone that knows hazmat/placardable cargo rules/laws before getting on the street and the wrong folks seeing those drums even empty ones can get ya in trouble you dont want .

I'd tell them to call that number! 🤣
But...you aren't wrong either. I thought about that, it could be playing with fire. I got a friend who hauls a bunch of hazardous materials, mostly fuels, but I'll ask him about it and maybe he can get me in contact with someone.

It could be that a trip over to your local Fire Department and showing and discussing the barrels a few days before Halloween would be a good investment in time. Even here in the big city, stopping by the local FD if "something weird" is going to happen at or near your house. The more specific you can be on where you will be going - travel to and from, approximate time, etc the better their information will be. The shift captain you talk to can make sure that the other shift captains are alerted.

Great movie! As a young lad of 12-13, that was my first experience of seeing the unclothed female anatomy in a movie theater with an adult present. (Yes that's the memory that sticks out!)

I also remember the sheer dread of watching the zombies just... keep... going.....

I just went down a rabbit hole reading about "Return of the Living Dead" and found out this neat tidbit:

The story's featured "2-4-5 Trioxin" chemical developed by the "Darrow Chemical Company" for the military was a play on the real-life Dow Chemical Company and its involvement in the 1960s with the manufacture of Agent Orange, scientifically known by the name 2,4,5-T Dioxin.

Don't even think about making dummy HazMat stuff! You will have BIG problems if you are questioned.
This is from my perspective as a volunteer fire fighter.

Now that's interesting!
