Went a little overboard. Started off small, oil change, swap a couple decent 9-20's on the front. That didn't last...
Installed a set of rails for 5th wheel hitch and goose neck adapter. Had to remove the welded in diamond plate between the crane bed rails, weld in couple crossmembers on the frame, and dig out about 2 in of greasy gunk that was accumulated.

Then I had the dumb idea of wiring in a bunch of 24v relays, so I could control 12v brake controller and have a 7 way plug with all the lights working. Tapped 12v power between batteries, but ordering a 24 to 12v convertor. One relay sends 12v to brake controller when brake pedal is pushed, one for tail lights, and 2 for left and right turn.

Figured it was time to change the tires, fronts were wore out, and some dryrot in rears. So installed 11, 11-20 tires. That was a blast. Hydraulic bead breaker died on the second tire, had to put new seals in it from the local hydraulic shop. Spare tire barely fits, rubs where I have the tow bar mounted to deck. Top speed is 68 at 2700 rpm. I'll run it at 60.

Picked up a couple gauge panels over the years. Glass was cracked on mine, and voltage gauge died. After swapping many gauges, I have a full set of working ones. Working voltage told me alternator was dead, so replaced that. Finally replaced fuel sending unit, so fuel gauge works, and got the proper 120 psi oil gauge in. Pulling the tank on M108 is a blast, one small hole to unhook lines and wires.

Also adjusted parking brake, replaced some lens covers for tail and turn lights, Still need to check alignment, hook up trailer, and load for Findlay.
