I've only worked on the light issue maybe an hour total over the last few days, cut me some slack! lol I started with the easy stuff (wired the panel, changed bulbs condensers, then checked for power at the fixtures, then back tracked it)

Ok, first rule of pulling wires, always attach either the new wires or some string to them before you pull. I didn't and there is (of course) some kind of obstruction to keep me from running new wires in the same location. To get things rolling, and to see if that was really the problem, I just temp wired it for now.
