Sucker sucky still no shifty

Replaced my vacuum pump today, getting good vacuum at vacuum valve. But not getting anything out of valve. I guess the next step will be to pull the vacuum vale and try to pull it a part and clean. Any one have any words of wisdom? ( required TM referance 9-2320-289-20 sec 3-21)

Yeah buy a new one.. your going to brake it taking it apart. There not made to come apart. For 75 bucks you can get a brand new not NOS but new valve.
