I need to order some of this, but have never seen any. McMaster has 5/16 and 7/16. Which should I buy? Any other sources besides Eriks?

I have gotten the 5/16 from McMaster Carr. It is the correct diameter. Make sure you order the EPDM cord.

5/16 is the correct original size. Gunzy did some good work on this. I ended up at the local trucker supply store and went with the 3/8 that they had in stock. Took candle wax and waxed the holes in the tarp and the 3/8 worked like a champ. I just replaced the ones that were bad for about .35 per foot. So it cost about 2 bucks to do the two bad ones. i bought a little extra and can go to the store when i need more.
