Some guys are making them out of HEMITT rims. there are some in the classifieds section.
I have some unmodified rims in PA for $75 but they are the 10 lug for the 5 tons not eh 6 lug for the deuce.

If you want HEMTT wheels send a pm to M1057. I bought seven wheels for $50.00 ea. o-rings and nuts included.
I can help you with the plates to adapt over to the deuce pattern. I pay approx. $25.00 per 5/8 1020 grade plate with a center hole of 6.125 without lug holes.

Yes, I made mine. I could not understand why the price for centers was so high so I made my own to see how involved or difficult it might be. After the initial program was input total time to machine on an Okuma CNC mill was less than five minutes each.
I welded the blank in the wheel first then ran the wheel centered on a 6.125 arbor and held it down with four Destaco clamps. The hardest part was moving the wheels around when fully assembled. Those bad boys are heavy.
