There are quite a few stinkers in the classified section here, too.
Unless its been restored (and I get to see receipts) no way a 70s-80s M35A2 is worth $4k+
Painting over the rust is NOT a new paint job.
Ditto on selling a vehicle without a title.
I live an hour from Mechanicsburg, 20 minutes from Anneville. Ft Drum is an easy trip. Lots of possibilities for a GL win.
I do think its great when the say 'ONLY 8000 MILES!'. Yeah, on THAT odometer. To bad it probably the 4th or 5th one in the truck
