Truck looks great!
Steel Soldiers now has a few new forums, read more about it at: New Munitions Forums!
Yes, Ray is an inspiration for sure.My M109 under going a head gasket change that hopefully will be finished on Monday or Tuesday. I hope to soon start redoing the box into camper as well. You have to love Razer to getting people hook on the camper lol.
Thanks Mark. Long ways to go though! The truck looks great!
Here are a couple of more pics of the insulation, mobileauto2000. One of the cab back wall and roof, other of the firewall. Haven't done the floor or doors yet.Pictures please
Interior no, engine compartment yes.Is it self adhesive?
Inside box mount would give you more tire clearance but might interfere with the IP. From what I've been told, it's a regular 5 ton pump.Your work encourages me. I have a Saganaw box off of a 1 ton Ford. Mine mounts on the inside, like the original.
Did I miss something? I didn't see where you were going to mount the pump.
Edit: Let me amend that question (after I went back through the photos) Where can I get just the pump?
Ray sets the benchmark...Yes, Ray is an inspiration for sure.
It actually is for a front winch on my '03 Yukon. Didn't need a winch on it, so took it off. Few years later got the 109, fits it well. Need to add more bolts. Just on with two as a test fit. That 2 inch receiver, where did you get that? Or was it home made? If you bought it retail what was the part number?
Been there, done that!I can tell someone has had to work under there truck in the dark Good idea !!!
Ah, thanks Ray, but NO!I like the light under the frame too Scott. You still need some of those neon lights like the rice cars have though!
And you Ray, you know better! Ha ha. I do have a traffic strobe on the rear frame, does that count?I like it too!
But why stop with the neons?
Strategically place some intensity adjustable strobes!
