Tail light/ turn signal issues

When I turn on the right or left turn signal the other side has a very little flash like it's back feeding the other side. I didn't think much of it until I installed led trailer lights and the little voltage that it produces is enought to flash the clearance lights. I checked all the grounds on the rear of the truck and cleaned them up and still no go.

Make sure to check ALL the lighting grounds. Turn signal switch(on the column), flasher unit, front lights, (grounded through the front fenders, so check them too), etc.
Any bad ground in the lighting circuit can make your lights do funny things.

Also check the ground tabs in the turn signal sockets. Many are corroded. And the ground wires above each headlight (engine side of radiator support)
