Any you want. The AM General stamped one are on early trucks. May have been rebuilt and there will be a mix of both.

Yes.
The military is not big on allowing branding on front line vehicles, I suspect as the HMMWV started to develop into a front line vehicle they dropped the logo, somewhere around 1990 or so.
But I could be wrong about the reason.

I have not seen any branding on their tactical versions, only the rear support vehicles.

It could be either one. I personally like the AMGeneral but got a hold of a 1114 gate with mint condition straps and settled for it.
