I for one like the soft top. I think I'm in the minority around here though.

Us southern boys don't take to the cold to well. Seems like you northerners seem to think the motor gives off enough heat to keep you warm. :)

I look for a hard top because the interior seems to be in better shape with one, but a recent turn in with a good canvas top shouldn't deduct too much from the price if it doesn't make much difference to you.

Ya, I am in Michigan too. Mine has a hard top, heater, winch, airshift front axle, $3800 got it from a private owner. It needed some TLC, but it's now mine. No regrets.
