Theres a hole in my Dash?

I just won an M813A1 over in Mississippi from GSA and of course with them they want it moved right now! Well I know the oil pressure gage is missing, I hope the wire hanging down is to the sensor? And I know one of the other holes near the bottom of the dash was for the windshield wipers, it has the electric upgrade but what is the third hole in the dash, it doesn't show up in the TM as even having a switch there? I know the heater unit has been pulled and one of the controls for it is also missing, easy fix, I have a heater, but the one mystery hole has me worried, a little?

The hole to the very left is unused in my M820A2. The one below the light switch is the wiper motor switch (which you already figured out.)

I would have to look in my M813 again, but I don't think I have anything there. I would like to relocate the dimmer switch, for the lights, there so I would have more foot space next to the clutch.

According to the TM, it is an electrical receptacle outlet used on the 816, 819 and 821 for trouble light extension cord.

I have a couple of those lights for my M543, I also have a couple of these, anyone familiar with the receptical these would use? A light hookup would be a help.

A quick look at the -10 TM(basic operators manual) and you would have seen the dash picture and all the items on it described.

Those trucks were a good deal I wanted to bid on the deuces but the people down there couldnt be bothered to return phone calls last I checked the voice mail was still full and couldnt record another message. I wasnt going to bid unless they would push the trucks onto a drop deck and when nobody returns voice mail messages I dont bid.

Now that i think about it, I think my truck has a steel closure in that hole. I'll check tonite.

Do they use generic dashes for these trucks, I don't remember seeing this hole on the other two 813s there, i will have to check my photos. The deuces there were in great shape and most of them sold for under $1300!

Shipping was the deal killer with the deuces and the uncertainty of getting some loading assistance was the deciding factor not to bid.

They have plenty of lift trucks but I didn't see a dock, most of their transports trailers were lowboys. They had two really nice contact maint trucks that went for under $1500 from what I remember.

Seems that way.
Like DrGreg, my 813 has a blanking plate over that hole. So does another one from my photo file (JimK's truck? It is next to the exterior shots of his)

i have some lights i just need the plug that goes into the dash.. i can make up a wire so if anyone has a couple of those plugs that will fit my 816 and 818 i would be interested . thanks Tim
