It's possible they were not cut, but the real truth is to go underneath and look at the frame rails and see if you can see signs of welding.

The cut was just in front of the battery box and fuel tank . look in that area top and bottom. How's the wiring by the tranny? It would be spliced in that area. I had a cut MUTT that is where it was cut.
