In Texas, if it is under 4000lbs you do not need a title. Also I was able to register mine as a "Former Military Vehicle" for $10 a year. I was also able to use the numbers provided by the U.S. Army for the Tag so I will not have to display a license plate.

I wish Pa would let you stencil a plate number.
