to much gasoline?

Hey boys

Yesterday was a day for a small trip with my M34 .

After 100 miles and 15,5 gallons of gasoline I came back to home. It was great because It was my first " far"" trip with the truck.

My point is: is it a high or a correct consumption of gasoline? Remember I live in a mountainous island .

WWII deuces got 3-4 MPG on gasoline. I suspect the more modern gassers were not much better. Diesel fueled deuces get 8-10 MPG, but the power out of each ounce is much greater than gas.

It's actually 6.45 MPG (100 divided by 15.5)

I used old math and got 6.45 mpg. For a big truck and gas eng that sounds good to me.

6.45 MPG, not 15.5. With hills, doesn't seem out of line, though.

Doesn't seem bad, I have had Chevy trucks that got worse than that.

Here we do with liters, but a gallon cost 3,23 euros (4,19$)aprox.
