I'm currently working on a 30 point checklist.
I'll summarize the top 13 modifications (in no particular order):
1. Mount 81g secondary fuel tank on driver's side - not sure about secondary fuel system or just tying it into the existing system yet
2. Change air intake to A3's
3. Change wiper to A3/HMMWV (I think they're the same) but one way or another I will move away from air wipers
4. Install secondary 12v electrical system
5. Air dryer
6. Back-up alarm
7. HMMTT seats
8. Lockouts on front axle
9. Replace all the gauges and add more on a secondary panel
10. No-idle HVAC system
11. Computer with 23" touchscreen that will connect to front/back cameras, navigation, stereo.
12. Change windshield/door glass to acrylic
13. Sound insulation
Of my 13 points above, #1 is mounted, but not hooked up, #'s 4, 5 & 8 are done, and I expect to have #7 & 11 done in a month or two. Since I made this list, I've also added air lockers and hope to have door locks by the end of the month. I've gotten some of the sound insulation installed, but because I'm putting so much stuff in the cab, I need to finish that so I don't end up ripping out what I put in.
I've also installed a sliding door in the back wall. For those that haven't read my other posts, I had the cab rebuilt and a opening next to the driver's seat, approx 2' x 20" (h x w).
I'm using a heavy duty container lock and using a backer plate because the skin of the doors is rather thin.
I've ordered the batteries for my powerwall. Decided to go with
LiFePO4 battery. These batteries have more cycles than Li-Ion, but the trade off is usually cost, but they've been getting cheaper, and are also far more stable (re: safer) than Li-Ion.
And I've added another item to my list, not sure where, roof or back wall, but I'm gonna mount a lightsabre rack (with lightsabres)
Now my top 13 list looks like:
1. Exterior Door locks
2. HMMTT seats
3. change wipers to electric
4. change dash panel gauge plate, and add additional gauges above driver's seat (this additional panel is mounted, I just don't have anything in it, atm)
5. Finish building powerwall
6. No-idle HVAC (2 zone)
7. Have custom fuel tank made for bed (90 gal)
8. Back up alarm, security (aka, forward/reverse) cameras
9. Change glass to acrylic, make window shutters
10. Change air intake to A3, install blast gate emergency shut off.
11. Build camper (this has it's own checklist)
12. New paint
13. Sound insulation
I'm still thinking about changing the brakes to a dual system. Not sure if I can budget it for a while though.
