Transfer case High Lock indicator

Could someone clarify exactly when the transfer case High Lock switch started being installed. Was it a retrofit that was cut into the production line at some point?

it’s was only installed if the truck got a 242 Tcase on an A0/A1 truck, but all OEM trucks got a Tcase lamp and Trans lamp on A2 models On up. So about 1995 or so…

Have to hold really still - but you could snap a picture or the instructions with a cell phone. It isn't perfect, but a good way to share the info for the time being. Might need to pick your highest resolution for really good pictures. Especially of paper...
