Transfer case leaks at the seams. Ideas for repair?

First, clean/change the vent, second try to tighten the bolts, try to see if the transfer case has a vibration that would be causing the bolts to loosen.

Looked for the vent and don't see, can't see diagram on TM because I only have a phone. That being said, can you enlighten me of the location of the vent? I'm guessing it's the squarish box near the back on the drivers side of the case that has an airline attached running toward the cab?
