Duece..1968...Jeep...Sprag.
High range no problems at all (yet).
No low range..shifter works in side of cab and on the underside. I suspect it is the "Shifter Shaft" "Fork" that needs replaced. Looks like a total tear down to get to it. Wanting to take the Truck on a 1000 round trip in a couple of weeks. Should I wait untill after trip to tackle or jump in now. And where do I get the "Fork" from? Or do I just repair the old one...if that is the problem?
I have driven it about 300 mile since Recovery.
Thanks
Curtis

quick solution is to swap out the Tcase and rebuild your current one. that way you got a backup.

:ditto: with the above, you can get stranded easily.
