Triangle brass tag riveted to cab

Does anybody know the codes for the stamping to the tag ??
Tag is located on cab frame, drivers side, where the lower rear of the door meets the cab, when closed ?

You do know you can't remove that under penalty of law. Kinda like that tag on a pillow or mattress.
