What they said is true and make ZERO exceptions.

Apparently my other post did not show up.....


The man I spoke with at Truck-lite said the 27490/27491 are for Europe and depend on which side of the road you drive on. He said the 27450 was the US bulb.
How difficult is the install?

If you have 15 minutes and a Phillips screwdriver, your set.
Extremely easy.

Don’t forget to put electric grease on the connectors and lube your buckets.

Update:
Just past the 2 year mark after install.

The headlights have been flawless.
Zero issues and they always work when needed.
Lenses are not clouding at all and are holding up extremely well to road debris/bugs without pitting.
(Granted I’m not driving on the interstate going 80).
Truck sits in the sun a lot and no UV damage to lenses or reflector inside.
Have had several guys approach me and ask about them.

Would I buy them again?
Absolutely

Worth the purchase price?
Yes, to me.

Still very happy I bought these.
