Update on price of rebuild kit. I just paid 154.00 for parts and 23.00 for shipping to Ca. Ordered from same company mentioned in beginning of thread.

Cougar, Thanks a million for posting this thread. My turbo started leaking oil on the compressor side, as seen in the pics. After the rebuild/re-install, I took the truck for a test-run, pulled the intake hose, and it's dry as a bone in there now.For those wanting to replace their turbo hoses and T-Bolt clamps during this process, it's tough to beat the prices and availability on that "E" auction site. As a side note, my oil return tube wasn't discolored that way from use... I got a new high-heat clear-coating, and every steel component that I applied it to discolored that way when I baked the parts (per the instructions) at the 600*F stage. I won't be using that anymore:???:
