Those are all free excess inventory, almost every hmmwv I’ve seen are USMC…think GovPlanet.
GP purchases Most of its USMC rolling stock as part of the “Exchange program” meaning…they pay about $2500 per truck regardless.
performing BDA is nothing new…it’s done in every war.
