Unable to Attach Pic to Classified Ad

First time I clicked the button to upload my Classified Ad, I got the white page of death "Internet Explorere Unable to Display Page"
Lost everything I had typed and links to photos, etc. Had to redo it three more times.
Then when I was finished, I tried to attach a pic so it would display in the Classifieds Column I got the same "Internet Explorer Unable to Display Page" Tried to redo it about a dozen times, but same thing kept happening.

Is there run along program I need to do stuff on this website?

I don't think so, but I do everything in Firefox. When I was using IE, I didn't have any issues.

I might try it in a different browser (Firefox, etc).

I haven't tried to post pictures to the classified section but I did try to post them in the forums and I could never get them to load. (I WAS using 640 x 480 and smaller photos!) I did some testing in the Testing forum and found that it wasn't the pixel size that mattered but the file size! PhotoShop and some other photo editers allow you to specify the "quality" of a photo when you save it. The quality setting controls the JPEG compression that is applied to the file; the higher the quality, the lower the compression but the bigger the file size. Try opening your photos in a photo editor that lets you control the quality/compression/file size and resave your photos into smaller files and see if that works. I had to compress my files to ~ 100kb in order to get them to load on the SS site.

ALSO at times would load individual photo files but would not load multiple files if they were largish so if you're trying to load more than one photo you might select and then "upload" each one individually.
