Turned out removing the broken piece was the easy part of all.
-disconnect battery's
-remove weels
-remove shocks (wanted to replace them anyway)
-jack up body (you dont need much but just enough to remove the starter)
I bought a new 4 mm drill bit and my 80 year old neighbour happened to have a left hand tap in his garage.
-Center punched it and drilled the hole.
-Put the tap in and it gripped right away.
-slowly removed it.
-cleaned the hole from left over debris.
-bolt starter in place.(dont forget shim)
-bolt bracket back on
finished it all up and test started after double checking.
Runs like a charm again.
Thanks Warthog for the bolts (and if you are even in the neighbourhood hop in, I have a crate of the best belgium beers cold)
