Best I can recall this is a Florida NG rig. Not much need for armor there!

out of the 2 million-ish miles that our BDE logged in '05, the LSAC cabbed FMTVs ended up w/ the "safest" record over the HEMMT/PLS and HETs. also, we never had an incident w/ the tankers - that spray-on coating works well.The few missions we hauled fuel, they gave us FMTV tractors with armor similar to my avatar. For me, even running at night and in an armored cab, I was still puckered from the moment we left the gate until we drove back through it the next day.
