boom

I don't know much about the boom. From what I do know... it was blocked up on a barge. It bent when they lifted a load.

Kidding?

Are you kidding... spooked? I was taking the pics!!!! That is one of the guys working at the shop on the winch. :cookoo:

Kind of dumb luck that the truck was there. A salvage co sent a truck to pick up the Grove that did not have a winch or wet kit!?

The m916 was there that day to help me with NASA parachute testing!! The little winch we rented to pull a bungee was insufficient. I said "I will be r-i-g-h-t back". Yea baby... my ex-mil trucks have joined the space program.

Does anyone happen to have a video of one of these winches in operation? Was looking at one for the back of one of our equipment hauler for moving the logging equipment. Seems to be that the skidder and loaders are always dead in the water with nothing bigger to pull them up on the trailers.
