Valspar (Lowe's) paint code needed

I am trying to get a shop with a Valspar Automotive paint mix system to produce some 383 green.

They claim they cannot cross reference any of the colour codes I provided from the sticky in this thread.

Does anybody happen to have Valspar specific info that I could share with these...ahem...professionals?

For greater clarity, they have a 72 colour Valspar repaint system.

I stumbled across this web site and put in the code FS34094. It came up with a bunch of brands and their paint code but I don't see Valspar on the list. Maybe one of the other brands that is close, the guy at Lowe's could look up?

That sounds like the difference. I don't know the system but my hardware mixed Valspar flat house paint (acrylic latex) to the FS number (dark sandstone not green 383).
