What's on the drivers side front tire that I see in the video... it looks like duct tape or something like that?

I believe it is paint that the previous owner must have run the tire through. I tried scrubbing it off, but only a little came off.

Looks like she didn't even break a sweat!! Great times! I just helped a buddy of mine take some paint off a tire....he used some brake cleaner spray....seemed to work pretty well
