But at the corner the rust never sleep...

Here, we can see the original hole to let the screw pass.





Need to make on the new one.

Were the foam was, the water stays...





This is the upper part, were the waters supose dont reach...

Still continue to take some metal out...

And off course, the fantastic foam was also there...

And in the inside, the reinforcement panel. It's in better shape than the other one from the other side, but also need a big restore.



Some weld spots to join the exterior part...

At least the "B" pilar from this side is ok...

I started with the rear corner.





It was twist, and off course with the fantastic foam...

At the corner, to my big surprise (nah), there was other rust part...



With the new one...

And for a change, another rusty one bellow...





Starts to become monotonous...

This state was reach because of the foam...





Must resolve that...


This two work together to be more strong to support the bumper...
