Weasel in Minnesota?

I'm toying with the idea of building a Weasel or something close to it. Does anyone know of a weasel in Minnesota I can look at? My biggest hurdle will be the track and road/bogy wheels. I'm thinking of using snowmobile tracks.

My other question is is the hull steel or aluminum?

I know John did a T-16, but I'm not sure about a Weasel. Jeli, you could call Russ Morgan in CO and buy one of his project Weasels to start with.

My dad used to have one up in SIlver Bay. The hull is steel.
