Weight of my Truck...

This has been requested several times, made fun of several times, and I've wondered too...so here it is. The weight of my M35-977A2C I have weights for just the front, just the tandems, then the whole truck. Empty. Ha- ...well I was sitting in it so technically empty it's near 17,900 lb.

CAT V8, M977 Crane, 2 20K Garwoods...etc, as seen here:


FRONT: 8,040 lb
TANDEMS: 9,980 lb
TRUCK empty: 18,060

Whatever happened with the messed up crane controls? Is that a drop side bed?

The crane valve parts are currently at a shop outside Tooele, Utah getting priced. Yes, that's the dropside I shortened. The sun was wrong for that pic so I'll get a better one this afternoon and swap that dark pic out-

I didn't notice the twin stacks. Awesome. You don't even notice the front winch. I like the fitment of the components.

Do the outriggers travel out or just down?

Got rid of the tape worm eh? All the way up to 160.

No.2Diesel, the outriggers extend out and down. Here two decent pics of the outriggers extended. The crane is not at it's full extension.

Tim, Tape worm is still there- that 160 was a 'soaking wet' weight.
