What did an M813A1 w/winch cost the government when new?

Insurance people always ask, I'm curious myself, and we know what most rifles and other fun stuff cost the government as part of their entire contract to build "x" amount of units.
I've come across two amounts a while back ($60k and $145k), but these are not official and are far apart in price.
For an organization that spends $40k on a toilet seat the number could be anything, but does anyone know what the original sticker price was?

Similarly related, I know I've heard a BMY M925A2 (so sort of the newer/later cousin to your truck) cost the American taxpayer $75,000...in circa 1990-1991 dollars, so adjust for inflation as needed.

You think that would be the same for any of the 12+ years of M809 production or would that be for the final production year? Are different models different prices or do they simply divide the contract amount by the number of units delivered?

I always personally found it so ironic you can now buy one for $7500 quite easily as a civillian...

I am new to the site and a new owner of a M939A2. Im not sure if this is where I could get some help with the cutoff solenoid. I installed a new one when cranking the engine the solenoid pulls in and the engine fires right up. When it is time to shut the motor down nothing happens. I turn the switch to off and the only way to shut it down is to pull the manual cable shut off. Any suggestions on trouble shooting this problem?

It depends on the length of the contract ,amount ordered and model /options.

Acquisition cost per unit. Contract can include additional things such as repair parts, manual development, New Equipment Training (NET), road testing, delivery costs, etc... All depends what's in the contract.
